Why did I support Johns Big swim? Basically I’ve known John for 25 years and he has been instrumental in helping me grow as an individual and realizing the power of positive thought. There are things he said to me over 20 years ago that I still remember and put into practice on an ongoing basis. He has an amazing capacity by telling you straight how to be a better and more productive person. Helping others is one of the things that he teaches you is a key personal growth strategy. So it was no surprise to me that John was using this momentous challenge to focus people’s attention on such a worthy charity. This is typical John, which made it so easy for me to donate and share with others what the Children’s Autism Foundation does and hopefully break down some stereotypes and help raise its profile.
