Hands On Autism – 12 May

‘Hands On Autism’ is a full day workshop for all who are living or working with a young person on the Autism Spectrum. This workshop will provide practical tools and strategies that you can easily implement in the home, school and wider community.
Topics include:
 Guide to the Autism Spectrum
 Strategies for Behaviour
 Sensory Issues
 Dealing with Anxiety
Children’s Autism Facilitators:
Gera Verheul, Psychology & Behaviour specialist
Christine Farquharson, Occupational Therapist
Arletta van den Bosch, Family & Child Counselling
Elisa Slaat – Behavioral Specialist
Dates, Times and Location:
 Saturday , 12 May 2018 from 9am to 4pm (Registrations from 8:45am)
 Homestead Community House, 92 Point Chevalier Road, Point Chevalier.
FREE for families and carers. $175 + GST per ticket for professionals. Please B.Y.O lunch. Coffee/tea and refreshments will be provided.
