Join us on Tuesday 5th May for our 2nd PepTalks webinar “Engaging Learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder” hosted by Children’s Autism Foundation Family Consultant, Megan King.

Part Two of the Children’s Autism Foundation, ‘Understanding Autism’ webinar series.

This webinar will give you practical and effective strategies for engaging learners with Autism in various settings.

Building on the information covered in Understanding Learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder, this webinar focuses on how children with Autism learn best. It will introduce evidence based/best practice strategies that, teachers and support staff can put into place immediately.

In this webinar we will cover strategies you can use in distance learning/online teaching and in the classroom.

Key learning outcomes:

  1. How children with ASD learn best
  2. Strategies to engage learners with ASD in the classroom.
  3. Strategies that can be implemented immediately, even via distance learning.
