The aim of the Minds for Minds Network is to bring together scientists, health professionals and the community to facilitate understanding and treatment options for Autism Spectrum Disorder and Asperger syndrome through scientific research
Minds for Minds (Auckland Research Network New Zealand, ARNNZ) was formed by a core group of New Zealand based researchers and clinicians to help better understand autism spectrum disorder and Asperger syndrome in New Zealanders. Their goal is to enable research into autism spectrum disorder and Asperger syndrome by enhancing communication between scientists, health professionals and members of the community. This will improve our understanding of these conditions in the New Zealand population, ultimately leading to targeted treatments and better management of the condition for affected individuals and those near to them.
